I am most at peace in nature whether amongst the trees in a forest or walking along the beach by the ocean. I can get lost for hours admiring the beauty as I am grounded in the present. I had a conversation with one of our residents today during wound care. I always enjoy talking to her very much. Today she told me to always remember “Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present”. I love encounters with beautiful souls. It replenishes my own soul.
