I am most at peace in nature whether amongst the trees in a forest or walking along the beach by the ocean. I can get lost for hours admiring the beauty as I am grounded in the present. I had a conversation with one of our residents today during wound care. I always enjoy talking to her very much. Today she told me to always remember “Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present”. I love encounters with beautiful souls. It replenishes my own soul.

.....beautiful nature and your good eye sight to capture these wonderful moments with the camera's lens. “Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present”. Yes, the present is what you make of it, thanks for sharing
