If you Look real close under PERSON IN CHARGE there is a tattered white piece of paper with small print „Christina Watson, RN“. 😂 The sign looks how I feel when I’m house supervisor. I was fortunate enough to have a boss who had fate and confidence in me as a nurse and leader. And like many jobs, new routines and responsibilities can seem scary, especially when dealing with lives. But I have some great coworkers who teach, support and cheer me on. So all in all I’m pretty lucky. And the occasional text message from my boss “you’re doing great”, that goes just in nick of time between a death, a fall, a hospitalization and talking to the police about how one resident threw a coffee cup at another, missed and hit a third resident😂
