The nice thing is by using almonds, Adelle was able to have some pesto for the first time ever. Most pesto receipts use pine nuts and she’s highly allergic to them. And, of course we found a nice way to utilize Jerry’s herbs garden. We took some of the pesto and put it in an ice cube tray until frozen then into a freezer zip lock bag. Easy breezy quick meal for another day 😊
